Here’s what’s included and why:
Study Buddy: Rosemary and Cardamom boost memory and retention. Spearmint and Peppermint keep things ‘lively’ and Grapefruit adds balance.
Hop To It: in order to push through procrastination, Lemongrass and Grapefruit work together to create a mental ‘change of scenery,’ jolting you out of complacency while Black Pepper and Peppermint help push things forward.
Coffee Break: This balm can energize or calm, just like a cup of coffee.
The OG: Our well-rounded stress busting and calming balm with Lavender, Patchouli, Bergamot and Sweet Orange.
Crushed It: Take a deep breath before a test, a speech or any situation that rattles your nerves. Jasmine Absolute, Frankincense and Ylang Ylang soothe and comfort, which translates to a boost of confidence.
